After the customer service module November with 32 participants was very well attended, we decided to divide the groups. Robert Winzenried and Jürg Neukom reported a very dynamic and productive week. It was all great fun and we hope that all participants could take much for everyday life in the center. Thanks for the kind feedback, for use and for their cooperation.
